This preparation of fresh mint may help with easing symptoms in the following indications:
- Bloated belly / Gas / Flatulence
- Digestion upsets
- Menstrual cramps
- Mild stress & Anxieties
- Fowl breath
- Water (500 ml)
- Himalayan rock salt (1 pinch)
- Pinch of Jaggery (avoid if diabetic)
- Amchur powder (Indian spice range of dried mango powder)
- Bunch of fresh mint leaves
- Boil water long enough to reduce the quantity roughly to 450 ml
- Add the bunch of fresh mint leaves and boil longer. Bring down the concoction to 350 ml
- Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and turn off the heat.
- Pour into a cup and sip slowly.
