The 7 Day Weight-Loss package includes -

Day 1 to 3 – Whole body massage with Kashaya Dhara is a special therapy involving pouring of medicated fluid on the body and then massaging. It involves continuous flow of fluids on the body and forehead. This therapy is extremely beneficial for skin and hair problems. This is followed by Swedana which is steam bath to remove toxins from the body via sweating.

Day 4 & 5 - Abhyanga is an oil massage, recommended for increasing flexibility of muscles and joints, rejuvenating skin, and keeping impurities from accumulating in the body by stimulating various tissues. Abhyanga increases the production of white blood corpuscles and antibodies, which provide more resistance against viruses and diseases. Pizhichil therapy which is a combination of two Ayurveda techniniques of massage using oil and heat treatment. This effectively reduces fat from belly region.

Day 6 & 7 - Ksheeradhara is the same relaxing treatment as Shirodhara but instead of herbal oil, herbal milk is poured over the forehead or over the whole body. This moisturizing agent relieves anxiety and tension, and leaves your skin with a healthy glow. Navarakkizhi is using boiled special rice for whole body massage.
