The Ayurveda Rejuvenation Programme, or Rasayana Chikitsa, is designed to revitalize the body and mind while supporting strength, vitality and long-term well-being. In Ayurveda, Rasayana focuses on the nourishment and purification of the body’s tissues, from Rasa to Shukra Dhatu, and is traditionally associated with supporting the senses, mind and intellect.

Suitable for different age groups, the programme is intended for guests seeking improved physical health, mental well-being, vitality and healthy longevity. The rejuvenation therapies also aim to strengthen the body’s natural resistance and support overall health.

Treatments are provided for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours per day for 7 to 21 days and may include synchronized body massage performed by two therapists using medicated oils and creams, internal rejuvenative medicines and medicated steam therapies.
