- As a security procedure, all guests are requested to produce photo identification at the time of registration at the hotel. 
- Guest of foreign nationality are requested to carry their passports and produce on registration at the hotel. 
- Our check in time is 14:00 HRS, and check out time is 12:00 Noon. Early check in & late checkout is subject to availability. 
- Guests are requested to carry own Nylon swimming costume to access swimming pool.

- Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival dates: No Retention Charge for FIT bookings. 
- Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival dates: No Retention Charge for GIT bookings. 
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival date: 50% of the package/applied rate as Retention Charge for FIT bookings. 
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% of the package/applied rate as Retention Charge for GIT bookings. 
- Cancellation within 07 days of arrival date or non-utilization of room: 100% Package/applied cost as Retention Charge for FIT 
bookings. 
- Cancellation within 20 days of arrival date or non-utilization of room: 100% Package/applied cost as Retention Charge for GIT 
bookings. 
- All guaranteed reservations will be held until 18.00 hours on the day of arrival, unless specified of late arrival. 
- Companies/Agencies enjoying credit facilities need to send a billing letter duly signed by an authorized person. The bills need to be 
settled in the stipulated time. Failure to do so may lead to the suspension of the credit facilities. 
- Any bank charges on refunding will be duly deducted.
