Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul is a program for existing yoga teachers and instructors to enhance their skills and knowledge of the discipline and affirming their roots in the same. This course provides intense practice routine as well as study hours to the students for developing them on their path of sharing yoga in their community and students. The course includes a complete residential program with 500+ training hours at Gurukul with subjects ranging from advanced hatha yoga asnas, vinayasa flow sequences, pranayama (breathing exercises), techniques of energy flow, bandhas and mudras, intensive yogic cleansing practices, relaxation and meditation techniques. COURSE DURATION: The course is spread over a period of 8 weeks with 7 hours of intense study curriculum for 6 days a week.

The fee once paid for 200 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is non-refundable. This can be adjusted to any further date within one year from the date of enrollment if the student is not being able to appear for the course enrolled. The information has to be provided to the institute administration beforehand. The decision to transfer the registration fee lies solely with Jeevmoksha administration towards transferring the fee to a further date.
