Ayurveda Anti-Aging prescribes treatment for repairing the wear and tear of the body & skin due to aging process. The various cells and tissues of the body undergo changes as age progresses. Hence, it is necessary to rejuvenate the body systems for a better harmony of the body, mind and soul. The 22-nights package helps in youthfulness, good health, fine complexion, stoutness, intellect, power of retention and strength.
What is the process?
- Body massages with special oils and herbal juices,
- Njavaratheppu (Massage with rice pudding),
- Naranmgakizhi,
- Karyasekam with medicated oil or decoctions or milk,
- Snehapanam,
- Virechana,
- Ksheeravasthy,
- Snehavasthy
- Thalapothichil,
- Sirodhara,
- Head massage with special herbal juices,
- Thalam, Srubhath,
- Herbal bath, steam bath and Rasayana intake with very special diet.
Please note that the consulting doctor at the center will make the final schedule /duration for the treatment after a physical consultation.
