They are certified by Yoga Alliance USA 200- hour Yoga Teacher Training certification course and are conducted at Vishwa Shanti Yoga School, Ram Jhula in Rishikesh, India

During Yoga sessions, Mantras will be taught and chanted and time for personal meditation is available throughout the day.

200 hour personalized, residential, affordable and intensive hatha yoga teacher training course in India, with RYT 200-hour Yoga Alliance, USA, certification, designed for beginner and intermediate level yoga practitioners, at Maa Yoga Ashram, Rishikesh (RYS 200, RYS 300).

Each program is differs according to the amount of knowledge provided to the teacher or teacher to be. The 200-hour program is the foundation for the other programs (300/500 hour).

Any Indian or foreigner who has interest in learning ancient traditional yoga and its applied science, with the ability to follow the instructions and lectures in English. The applicant's age should be between 18 to 60 years age at the time of admission. The applicant should be in a good physical condition because we have a very busy schedule with at least 7 to 9 hours daily.
