Check-In Time: 11:30 Hrs / Check-Out Time is 10:30 Hrs, Late check out andearly check in are subject to availability. Checkouts from 11:00 to 14:00 hours are subject to 50% of room rate and thereafter at 100%. In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the resort reserves the right to levy retention charged for entire reserved stay. Children above 12 years are chargeable with or without extra bed

1. Cancellation before 15 days of arrival -Full refund 2. Cancellation before 7 days of arrival – 50% Retention charges 3. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival – No refund. 4. No refund is allowed for the reservation of package and if you are not taking any treatments or any other amenities included in the package. Will charge the full amount of the package you reserved for. However we follow a flexible policy on special cases. As per the government rules all guests should provide a government valid photo id proof (valid passport and visa for foreign nationals) at the time of check in.
