- Guests should carry their personal ID proof at the time of admission. Foreign Nationals are required to produce their passport and Valid Visa. 
- At the time of arrival, guest must bring the reservation confirmation letter sent by the centre. 
- Check in time is 10 AM & Check out time is 9 AM (IST) 
- Right of admission is reserved and not transferable. 
- Even if the application is cleared for provisional admission, actual admission to the centre will be after physical examination & may be denied after consultation. 
- Accommodation charges payable from the dates of confirmed reservation or the date of 
admission whichever is earlier.
- Entire fee need to be paid at the time of the registration of membership. 
- Credit/debit cards, online payment, cash and demand drafts accepted. 
- Laboratory reports, Laundry, Saloon and other facilities will be charged extra as per tariff. 
- Package tariff is inclusive of stay, wellness diet & basic Therapies prescribed by the doctor. 
- Pick up and drop facility available on chargeable basis. 
- Govt Taxes & Levis as may be applicable at the time of admission will be charged extra. 
- Tariffs, Policies, Rules and regulations are subject to change with prior notice. 
- Management reserves the right to take final & binding decision in case of any disputes.
- Guests are advised to bring their medical history & clinical report if any for consultation. 
- Every therapy and diet has its own specific therapeutic benefit. So personal choice is totally discouraged. 
- Therapies will be recommended as per the available schedule.Delay or rescheduling may lead to cancellation of therapy. 
- Guests above 80 years and children below 15 years of age are not permitted 
- Guests weighing over 120 kgs will not be admitted for treatment, 
- Guests with unstable heart conditions, pregnant woman, and crippled/immobile visually impaired person, cancer, TB, skin disease or any other rare or incurable condition will not be admitted. 
- Some treatments will not be recommended during mensturation period of female guests. 
- Self-medicaiton is strictly prohibtied and any form of medication should be under the direction of concerned in-house doctors. Drugs or medicines of any system in your possession must be disclosed at the time of arrival. 
- Tea, coffee, and aerated soft drinks are restricted. Outside food and drinks items except fruits are also restricted. Food supplement and other therapy related items are available at your wellness shop. 
- Use of mobile phones and other electric devices is restricted in the campus except inside the guest’s rooms. 
- Alcohol, cigarette, pan, gutka or any other forms of nicotine are strictly prohibited. 
- Guest is not permitted to go out of the premises without the permission of the doctor. 
- Kindly refrain from bringing valuable ornaments to the property. 
- However avoid using laptop, mobile, ear phones etc. while staying in the campus, as they disturb the brain veins and cleansing becomes almost impossible. 
- Guest are advised to bring the comfortable clothing like loose cotton garments( kurta- pajamas/salwar-kameez),sportswear (shorts, tracksuit, running shoes),swimming costume along with a pair of woolens and appropriate wear for winter and rainy season. 
- It should be the endeavor of all to follow the rules and regulations, maintain decorum & preserve sanctity of the place. 
- Guest are not permitted to go out of the premises without any recommendation of concerned authority.

- Frequent amendments in booking dates are not entertained and after one such postponement, no further amendment is permitted and the advance deposit will be forfeited. 
- 15 days’ notice is required in writing for the postponement/cancellation of a confirmed 
booking or else forfeiture will apply. 
- In the event of premature discharge/departure (for any reason), no refund will be given. Credit note will be issued for the balance amount to be utilized within six months from date of issue against the applicable tariff at that point of time . Credit notes will not be issued for any period less than 3 days in balance. 
- Guest discharged on account of indiscipline or non adherence of campus rules shall not be 
entitled for any refund . 
- Booking should be for a minimum of three days. Even if booked for lesser days, charges 
for three days will be applicable

admission whichever is earlier.
- 20% of total payable in advance has to be deposited for booking confirmation which 
includes 10% of non-refundable processing charges in case of cancellation.
