This is an exclusive package for females nearing or after menopause to prevent osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and to manage the changes in hormones. This program also helps to manage the symptoms like sweating, hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, emotional disturbance, etc. The program includes: snehapanam, abhyangam, njavarakizhi, elakkizhi, sirodhara, virechanam, vasthi, etc. The package options are 14 days and 21 days. The duration of treatment per day is 2 hours.
