The program integrates the essential elements of Ayurveda and Aromatherapy, Yogic Kriyas, Meditation and Personal Fitness with a dosha based customized diet that leaves you refreshed with a toned body, glowing skin, and increased energy levels. The 4-night program is the perfect introduction to Ayurvedic detox. The package includes Personal Wellness Consultation, Personal Diet Consultation, Salt Scrub, Cleansing therapy [ Kunjal (or) Nasyam (or) Jal Neti ], Hydro Aromatic Bath, Aromatherapy Massage, Personal Fitness session, Choornaswedana massage, Pranayama (per room), Ancient Indian Body Mask, Abhyanga massage, and Lifestyle recommendation.
