This program is aimed at practicing yoga a step beyond the physical exercises. Yoga teacher will be taking you through the journey of yoga and meditation to discover the potentials of your body and mind. Both theory and practical lesson will guide you from the very basic concepts of the effect of breathing on your body to how to tap the universal cosmic energy (prana) through simple stretches, asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing) and meditation techniques. This program not only improves health and well-being, but also brings the necessary balance within oneself to experience higher levels of energy.

The Ayurvedic Health Park is endowed with well-qualified physicians and therapists trained from prestigious institutions offering authentic Ayurvedic treatments that can help prevent ailments, improve overall health and invigorate the senses for a better life.
The resort is home to architecturally and aesthetically well-balanced rooms/cottages, giving a real 'home away from home' feel. Food served will be traditional simple Vegetarian cuisine of Kerala.
