The Shree Hari Yoga Center in Goa offers drop-in classes and a 1-month 200, 300- & 500-hour Yoga Alliance approved TTC. Developed according to the interests of the students, the center teaches different styles of Yoga including traditional Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. After the course completion, the TTC’s graduates can teach and practice Yoga in a well-founded and knowledgeable way. The course's also focuses on Mantras, Bandhas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Kriyas, Meditation, Philosophy, Anatomy and the art of teaching.Teachers at Shree Hari Yoga School pay attention to the physical postures of students as they do their asanas and student's will experience a holistic training in all aspects of yoga, from yoga asana to philosophy. The aim is to deepen the yoga practice, develop confidence and feel the transforming effects of the yogic lifestyle.

Smoking, alcohol, meat, eggs, fish, intoxicating drugs are not allowed in ashram. Short clothes are strictly prohibited so you are expected to be modestly dressed during your stay at the ashram and don't entertain outsider of room. Strict action will be taken against misuse of electricity and water. The center will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings. Pets are not allowed in the ashram. Guests are not allowed without prior permission from ashram officials. Room, bathroom, toilet must be kept clean and before checkout hand over the key to the reception. Rules & Regulations This month long program is an opportunity to look deep inside yourself by training your body and mind by following certain yamas and niyamas (do’s & dont’s) as described below: During the training, consumption of drugs, cigarette and drinks are prohibited. Understand that this training is a beginning of your new life. Even though our retreat is very safe and secure we advise the students to take care of their valuable belongings. Students should be on time for all the classes and at least 90% attendance is required to get the certificate. If you miss any class time (except an emergency), missed classes must be completed at extra cost to the student and according to the teacher’s availability. Maintain your accommodation and common areas of the retreat clean. We maintain high standards of cleanliness. It’s also requested to wear yoga friendly clothes during the training inside the retreat, which is respectful to Indian culture. We expect a friendly and respectful behaviour/manner towards staffs, teachers and colleagues during your training period.

Fees are non refundable but students have the choice of attending the next schedule of classes.
