a. Health seeker if above 16yrs can be considered for treatment. However, the Child will be accompanied by an attendant preferably parent. 
b. Health seekers will not reach CENTRE earlier than the booking day. 
c. For three to seven days health seekers check in time on the scheduled day of arrival is -03:00 PM TO 6:00 PM. This day will be utilized for orientation and consultation with Doctors. 
d. Health seekers reaching later than 7:00 PM on the scheduled day; shall be able to meet the doctor on the subsequent day at 9:00 AM, and treatment shall commence by 11.00 AM only. 
e. If you are coming only for 24 hrs you are welcome to our Centre. Please ensure to reach in time so that necessary consultation is possible and we are able to look after you from the same day afternoon. Please try to reach the centre by 03:00 PM. 
f. One day Stay health seeker’s basic treatments will include (Evening 3:30 to 5:30 PM, Hydrotherapy, Heating therapy 
6:30 to 7:00 PM Meditation, next day Morning 6:15 to 7:30 AM Yoga Session and 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM Massage Therapy, Hydrotherapy). However this will be modified by our doctors based on your medical conditions. 
g. Meals for short duration stay are as per prescribed diets of doctors. And cannot be changed to individual needs without prior permission of the consulting doctor. 
h. If you want to enjoy your stay, treatment and our full facilities then please come on time as per your arrival time. 
i. Planning and allotment of therapists for massage treatments is done one day before. Hence late check-in process hampers the planning and guests may or may not be able to get the required treatment in case of late check-in. 
j. For health seekers reaching CENTRE without advance registration, registration will only be subject to availability of accommodation and on acceptance by the Medical authority. 
k. For OPD one need not come to CENTRE. 
l. Guests are not permitted to go out of before check- out 
m. We don’t have room service and late night food facilities in our centre. 
n. We don’ t provide milk tea 
o. Guests and relatives are allowed to visit them only on Saturdays from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.

p. Consumption of alcohol, Non Veg, Egg, Pan Masala, Tobacco, Gutkha, Narcotics and Smoking are prohibited in our centre. 
q. Ensure not to spit in the Centre premises. 
r. Tea, Coffee, snacks and Outside food are not allowed. Please do not carry. 
s. On arrival the baggage will be scanned for the prohibited items. Please cooperate. 
t. Please take care of cleanliness of your surroundings. Do not use polythene bags. 
u. Respect the environment and please do not pluck flowers, vegetables and leaves and also do not tease birds, animals, insects or reptiles. 
v. Pets are not allowed in the CENTER w. Swimming is not allowed for children below 15 years children 
x. Guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the Institute. 
y. The Management shall have the right to expel any guest without showing any cause, for breach of norms and discipline. In such cases no refunds shall be made. 
z. Certain items as below are required by the guests and must be carried:- 
i. Easy fitting dress for Yoga and Gym 
ii. Shorts/Track suits and walking shoes 
iii. Light woolen garments in Winter 
iv. Swimming costumes for aquatic exercise and comfortable shoes for Sports 
v. Slippers 
vi. Umbrella as per the season 
E. Cancellation

No money will be refund if guest will leave the treatment in between 
In case the registration is cancelled the following norms would apply:- 
I. Cancellation Before 10days of the scheduled booked date, there will be deduction of 25%of total billing value II. Cancellation Before 05days of the scheduled booked date, there will be deduction of 50%of total billing value III. There will no refund if the guest does not come on booked date or cancelled on same day.

#Note: ''For all refunds, the payment gateway charges, service charges and taxes will be deducted. Only the balance will be paid''.
