Purchase Details
How It Works
1. Select the appropriate voucher amount.
2. Fill in the purchase details as required. If you want to purchase vouchers for yourself and others, fill in your details as a recipient as well along with the other recipients. If you want to gift it to someone else only, fill it as you normally would.
3. Once the payment is made, the voucher will be sent via email to the recipient(s) on the specified delivery date along with information regarding the programs that can be redeemed using the voucher along with a promo code and a link to the list of our programs. You will be notified when the recipient views the gift.
4. As a recipient: Click the link to our list of programs and select a program that the voucher can redeem.
5. Proceed to the cart page and at the payment page you will find the option to enter a promo code.
6. If the promo code does not work, either the program selected cannot be redeemed with the promo code or the validity of the voucher has expired.
Terms & Conditions
1. All the users are bound by the Terms and Conditions of AyurUniverse, its partners and its affiliates.
2. The person who has the Gift Voucher code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The AyurUniverse Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
4. The Gift Voucher code can be used only once.
5. AyurUniverse may add or remove any wellness program at its discretion.
6. AyurUniverse makes full efforts to accept Gift Voucher but on account of any technical/administrative issue, it will get enabled in 72 hours

8. AyurUniverse is a marketplace for wellness and all treatments are given by independent wellness partners. The efficacy of the program is the responsibility of the service provider and the customer/beneficiary will not hold AyurUniverse accountable for any liabilities that may arise
9. The beneficiary can also redeem the coupon by contacting +91-9108071303, +91-9108071404 between 10am-6pm.
10. If a Gift Voucher is lost or stolen, AyurUniverse will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
11. AyurUniverse is not liable to pay for any difference in tariff/fare between date of redemption request placement and date of using Gift Voucher during booking.
12. No cash or change can be taken in exchange on this Gift Voucher.
13. Incase of cancellations, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the Gift Voucher.
14. All the terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of AyurUniverse as mentioned on the website www.ayuruniverse.com and the terms and conditions of the respective wellness centers/other service provider shall be applicable on the customer.
15. Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka only.
16. The beneficiary must use the Gift Voucher code at the time of checkout only.
